Application Field

NJW-3000nm Computer Control Torsion Testing Machine is suitable for a new type of testing equipment for torsion testing. The torque points are detected by four times of 1, 2, 5, 10, which expands the detection range. The machine is loaded with imported AC servo control system controlled by computer. Through AC servo motor, cycloidal pin wheel reducer drives the active chuck to rotate and load. Torque and torsion angle detection adopts high-precision torque sensor and photoelectric encoder. The computer dynamically displays the test twist Angular torque curve, loading rate, peak test force, etc. The detection method meets the requirements of GB10128-2007 metal room temperature torsion test method. This testing machine is mainly used for torsion test on metal materials or non-metallic materials, and can also perform torsion tests on parts or components.
