Application Field

It is mainly used to determine the creep performance and endurance strength of metal materials under a certain temperature and constant load within a specified time.

Implement standard GB/T2039-1997 “Metal Tensile Creep and Endurance Test Method”, JJG276-88 “Verification Regulations for High Temperature Creep and Endurance Strength Testing Machine”.

The standard description of the high temperature creep and endurance strength testing machine is used to determine the high temperature creep and endurance strength performance of metal materials under the conditions of constant temperature and constant tensile force in the axial direction of the sample.

Technical Features

Configure the corresponding accessories to achieve:

(1) High temperature endurance strength test:

A. Equipped with high temperature test device and temperature control system,

B. Equipped with permanent pull rod (specimen clamp),

C. The durable strength of the material can be measured under the action of constant temperature and constant tensile load.
