Application Field

The test space is adjusted by the segmental movement of the crossbeam. The testing force is exerted by a single-rod double-action cylinder. The test operation is controlled manually or by the servo controller. The force is measured by the load sensor. Testing force value and testing curve and displayed on the computer.

This machine is mainly suitable for testing the static load performance of long pipes, shafts, steel wire ropes and ring connections.

This testing machine is composed of loading frame type main engine, 5000kN horizontal loading servo cylinder, rated flow of 24L/min electro-hydraulic servo oil source and cooling system, closed-loop control electro-hydraulic servo controller and software.

The equipment is designed as a counter-force frame structure, and the equipment has a compression space, which is convenient for calibration. On the front top of the oil cylinder, the front moving beam is pulled by two pull bars to achieve sample stretching.
